2026 AGE CHART

Our tournament follows the official NFL Flag national age guidelines. The age cutoff is based on a birthdate of August 1, 2025. This cutoff aligns with the NFL Flag Regional Tournament and Flag Football Life to ensure competitive balance and parity across all divisions. Below is a detailed breakdown of each age division.

Example: If you were born in 2015, you will play in the 10U division. This means that every player participating in this division is 10 years old or younger as of August 1, 2025.
